The OTOBA office is located on the backside of Portland Meadows Racetrack. Southbound (Salem): I-5 North to Exit 306B (toward Expo Center). Turn right onto N. Victory Blvd. N. Victory Blvd becomes N. Whitaker Rd. At the stop sign turn left onto N. Schmeer Rd. Pass Portland Meadows Racetrack on your left and turn left onto Vancouver Way. The OTOBA office is the first left past the guard station along the backside of Portland Meadows racetrack.
Northbound (Seattle): I-5 South passing into Oregon merge onto N. Interstate Ave via EXIT 306 toward Portland Int'l Raceway. Take the N.Schmeer Rd ramp toward Portland Meadows. Turn slight right onto N. Schmeer Rd. Pass Portland Meadows Racetrack on your left and turn left onto Vancouver Way. The OTOBA office is the first left past the guard station.
