Please download the Oregon-bred Foal Report Form, and mail or email information to us along with a picture (if available). Good quality photographs will be accepted (by mail or email*). (*Please note that digital camera photographs need to be set at 300 resolution and set camera to “Best Quality” before taking photographs. Please save digital photograph files in TIFF or JPEG format.)
