Guidelines:

The OTOBA will pay a foal breeding incentive of  $1,000 in 2021, 2022, and 2023 and registered with The Jockey Club.

The breeding incentive will be paid to the breeder listed on the Jockey Club certificate.

No limit will be placed on the number of foals a breeder may register.

Breeders will submit a copy of the foal certificate to the OTOBA office. The OTOBA will provide payment to the breeder within 30 days of receipt of the foal registration and once the registration has been verified with The Jockey Club.

Breeders will be notified by letter if the foal certificate submitted is invalid.

Continuation of the program is dependent on available funding.
